@Boomer...@Annalisa - Yup, start bringing it girl!<br /><br />@Boomer - Right now I do all CLX weight lifting and only use cardio/plyo from P90X. CLX is a full-body workout so a lot of times my lower body workouts double up (CLX one day and plyo the next). For those days I do like you... just back off or substitute something else for a particular move/muscle. In other words, do you have days when both workouts include the same muscle group or let's say, you have a biceps workout with P90X and then you have to do biceps the next day with CLX... how do you handle days like that where it may make it difficult to recover? I have days like that when I do Insanity and P90X.
