A slip up one day or two days isn't the same as 2 whole weeks of bad eating which is what it sounds like has been happening. I think that you should take a time out and think about the type of diet and exercise you can commit to for life. Then and only then will you see long term weight lose that stays off. It might be slow, and it won't be easy, but isn't permanent loss better than yo-yo-dieting? Good luck!
