Saturday Sweat Session: Legs!



Wheels.  Stems.  Rollers.  Trunks.  Whatever you call them, legs are by far my favorite body part to work.

Here's my workout from earlier this week, courtesy of this program.  I did tweak it a little bit and took out a couple of exercises that I don't believe in (abductor/adductor machines... but that's a different post all together).  Let me know if you give it a try!

This is very similar to the leg workout I do but I may have to give this one a try :)

The abductors are my favorite machines!! I looove them, and always have. I lovvvved this whole workout.

Working legs on LiveFit made me realize that it is my strongest body part and I love working it out the most. Leg day will always be my favorite!
