workout for 95 minutes a day till the end of the year
have a 892 calorie deficit everyday until the end of the year
Both doable but I don't want to kill myself either. I will try my best and we'll see what happens.
I figure aiming to get in 95 minutes of exercise should get me close to the 892 calorie deficit but I don't think that almost-1000-calorie-deficit-a-day is healthy for me. Will aim for the exercise minutes and just listen to my body about the food.
