Weigh-in Thursday: GAIN!

Starting weight: 176.4
Last week weight: 128.4
Current weight: 129.4
Current loss: +1.0
TOTAL LOSS: -47.0

Man it's been a junk week!  Food has taken over my life and the drive-thru's near my apartment have seen my face WAY too many times!

Still going strong with the exercise but as we all know, nutrition is 80% of getting the results you want.  So here's to a better week filled with clean eats and lots 'o sweat!

Ditto on CJ! Don't worry about it. I'm having a bad foodie time too... I need boundaries (ie NO more baking!) and serious food preparation system (ie packing snacks the night before or something)...

Have you seen Blog 266? It's motivating... But not sure whether I should be jealous, mad, or motivated at her :) It IS good to see someone so successful at this weight-loss battle though! Check it out.

I say keep celebrating that you are in the 120s. pretend you just hit 129 all over again. and move from there. don't look at it as a gain. look at it as a chance to re celebrate losing lb 48! good luck lady you are doing fabulously
