BOO! This sucks.

I have completely forgotten what it feels like to be hungry.
I haven't stepped foot in my local grocery store in over a month and a half.

I definitely know what fried foods taste like.

And my clothes are starting to feel like this every morning...

You'll bounce back I know you will! I went through it and since I got back on track (with your help I might add) I've lost 20 lbs since May.

Whatever I can do to help you know you just have to ask my friend!

It's called "Burned out"... You have to admit you were pushing yourself pretty damn hard...

Balance. I've realised that spreading myself out over a little bit of everything, instead of a main focus, helps. I'm finding myself through playing guitar, gardening, yoga, stuff I never used to do because every single moment was dedicated to strenuous gym classes, strenuous housework, strenuous calorie counting or meal planning.... strenuous. I was lacking all the FUN stuff that life is REALLY made of...

Now that you've seen both sides of the coin, get back into a happy medium... try "maintenance" for a while instead of weight loss. Remember: "Run when you can, walk if you have to, crawl if you must, just never give up!" Maybe it's time to crawl for a while. That's OK. Just don't give up Annie!!!

This is totally normal, no matter what the goal. Our "graph" can't continue spiking up-and-up... absolutely impossible. If plateauing wasn't normal, everyone would achieve anything/everything they wanted.

This time of plateau is a test... a test of your commitment and passion.

You'll be great, Annie.

don't give up, you'll get back on track again! it's just little steps here and there that get you back in the swing of things.

Yeah, like Annalisa said... "burn out". Just hang in there with some maintenance exercises until you get fired up again.

I admire your blog! I just began mine... I'm going to try starting p90x. Any tips/comments you could leave me would be a great! What drives my will power is support from others who have been where I am...

Keep it going girl :-)

You can do it! I'm inspired by how much you've already lost.
Try something new to make it fun again.

You aren't alone...I'm up about 6-7 pounds from my lows, but holding there now even though my diet/exercise should indicate a rocket to the moon.

I agree with another commenter...burn out.

We'll get there, I know it.
