Weigh-in Wednesdays: 135.6

Starting weight: 176.4
Last week weight: 132.2
Current weight: 135.0
Current loss: +2.8

TOTAL LOSS: -41.4

And I totally feel it too!  I'm not even gonna try and sugar coat it (mmmmm... sugar coating!) cause I honestly believe it was possible that I ate 9800+ extra calories in the last week!  The weekend was horrible with homemade desserts, Chinese food, steak and seafood, and a little alcohol in honor of my dad.  :)  Last week I can remember an ice cream party at work, two late night fast-food runs, and no home lunch what so ever.  So 9800+ extra calories was so easy!  Man, I'm losing my low-130 status and all I can ask myself is:

What am I gonna do about it?

So what are you gonna do about it? Have a plan and the 120s will be yours again soon. Good luck :o)

Yeah, what are you gonna do about it. You really don't want to be one of those people like me that slowly put it all back on and then some. Sit down and formulate a plan now before your pants get too tight. Drink an extra bottle of water. Move it. Move it. Move it. You can do it.

I'm in the same boat Annie...I noticed that the scale was nearing 170 again...the balance between good choices and bad choices is too even...and that is what we're going to do about it. We are going to get back to making more good choices than bad ones.

You will be on track soon. My scale moved the same direction as yours last week too. I'm back at it now and you will be too! I have faith in you!

Gosh I feel you girl. I can't even get out of the 150's. I was at the low end, and now back up at the high end! You're right, the question is...what ARE we going to do about it!

I'm certain you'll be like me and push harder for next week. We can do it, I KNOW you can!!!

You're not making a life change if you can't stick to eating properly. A slip up one day or two days isn't the same as 2 whole weeks of bad eating which is what it sounds like has been happening. I think that you should take a time out and think about the type of diet and exercise you can commit to for life. Then and only then will you see long term weight lose that stays off. It might be slow, and it won't be easy, but isn't permanent loss better than yo-yo-dieting? Good luck! I know you can get back on track!!

Hi, don't give up! I'm also doing P90X and currently on Phase 2 for second round. I know it's hard to do than saying it, but don't give up.

Well, the good news is that I know you are not going to give up!

What are you going to do? The only thing you can do - GO FORWARD!

We all have the bad days (or weeks or months) I've been through it as you know (and you have listened to it many times - THANK YOU!) - you'll get to the destination (I know you will) and like any destination there is travelling to do which is full of bumps, up and downward hills and detours along the way, but we keep going forward anyway don't we?!

I know you can do it!!!!!!

I refuse to weigh myself. I just can't see those numbers go back up to where I started.

Somehow I have to remotivate myself.

Feels like I have to start over.

You have made GREAT progress and I don't think a little gain like that will effect you too much. You go girl!

Just came across you today. Don't give up. Summer is hard. So many things to distract but stay strong. Let go of last week and push forward. I love P90X and know that sticking with it will change your body, but maybe for one week try some different workouts... Just a little variety to get over the hump... Don't give up!

Here's the deal...you have made food you life.....skinny people don't even think about food until there is a rumble....So....you are going to have to come to peace with it....it is a mind set...it is NOT about food....hang in there...you look great....keep going...don't give up...but you are right...you need a change. Annie!!! Where are you girl!? We miss you!!!

So what if you've totally given up and gained 20 lbs... which I know you haven't, but you can't completely give up forever. We all know that.

Come give us an update. Even if you're feeling shitty. We miss you!
