Saturday Sweat Session

I've received quite a bit of questions about what my workouts look like so thought I'd dedicate a post to recap the workouts for the week or focus on one intense session I had.  

Introducing Saturday Sweat Sessions.  

This week, that intense session would be my workout today, with Trainer E: an upper body KILLER.



Warm up:  2-min jog, 2 min-skipping
Warm up:  12 push-ups, 15 squats, 15 arm circles x 3

assisted pull-ups   3x15
bear crawl + push-ups   3x15
one-arm dumbbell row   3x10
walking lunges   3x20
medicine ball rotational throw   3x15
jump pull-ups   3x15
one-arm TRX plyo row   3x15
Valslide hand crawl   3x15

Hello, I'm tired! Wow, this sounds like an intense upper body workout, especially the bear crawls. We do these in the Army all the time and after 15 years... I still hate them! :)

Wellllll your sweat sessions sure beat mine. :p I'm trying to use more free weights, body weight etc. Oh and suspended slings, don't know what they are called!

Wow! Those are some great exercise routines - great for building muscle.
