A MUST read!

OMG just came across this analogy on the right balances to achieve fitness and it couldn't be more right-on (or simple!)!  I know many of us already know this, but it puts fitness into another perspective.

I just discovered her site yesterday and OMGosh am I in love with it. I too read this and although its painfully simple, the way she presents it just seems to make it another ah-ha moment for me :)

I have no weights myself, but Im fixin' to get me some after yesterdays red :)
