Wow! Look at the difference in your face! Not just that it is thinner - it is oozing with confidence! I love it!
When I am doing HIIT on the treadmill, I am constantly telling myself I can do anything for 1 minute ! ( I walk for 1 min. / sprint for 1 min.) It gets me through ! Good for you for surpassing your goal ! Your glowing ! It is amazing what you can get done with the right mindset huh?
Great, you never know how far you can push yourself if you give up when you're still reasonably comfortable. With that being said, always know your limits :).
P.s. Since I started exercising 24 days ago, I've gained 2lb!! :(
Yes, I know I haven't changed my diet, but I'm not interested so much in weight loss, but in fat loss or toning, whichever stops the jiggle. I'm starting to 'feel' much more toned, yet I am gaining weight.
I feel that to make myself feel better I would naturally say that it's muscle weight, but maybe I should just admit that I need to start watching my diet too..
