TGIF!
Super quick post to update everyone on my cardio-goals for the week and a weight update. Weight is still holding steady in the 130's but I'm not going to make it official until I weigh-in next Wednesday... cross your fingers!
As far as my cardio-goals and promise to myself, I need to hit cardio hard for the next 12 out of 14 (12/14) days:
Sat: 20 min treadmill + 20 min elliptical + 20 min stair-mill
Sun: 60 min P90X plyo + 45 min brisk walk
Mon: 60 min PT session + 15 min stair-mill
Tue: 25 min treadmill intervals + 25 min elliptical
Wed: 60 min PT session + 20 min run home
Thu: OFF
Fri: 60 min PT session + 30 min elliptical
Sat: 60 min run
Sun: 60 min hike

Hi, I don't want to sound pesimistic, but this seems like an incredibly intensive workout regime, which is bound to speed up weight loss but what happens when you reach your target weight, where will the encouragement come to hit the gym and workout so often? How are you planning to maintain this weight, a personal trainer could advise this, but that might mean a reliance on one.. forever ..
(Man I sound so over-dramatic).
