You are doing fantastic! I think you should forget the scale and keep to tracking your measurements. With all your intense exercise, it would be impossible not to making forward progress.
It's tough to keep the hammer down all the time. Some weeks the body give it up slowly, and then makes up for it the following week. Hope that's the case for you.
I love your calendar - think I'll start doing that with the calendar I have hanging in the kitchen.
Thanks for the comment. I am soooo glad you understand because I feel so stupid that I can't do what I know I need to do. But I know I'm not. I just feel like it.
I think your minutes challenge Idea is great. I want to wait for Christmas to be over and start again, but I know I shouldn't... I think you are too hard on yourself, it seems like you are doing fantastic on the exercise front. I keep getting "ambitious" (as if this is hard) and doing 3 ST sessions a week, but then I can't get to cardio... I think I will tone down the ST sessions and focus on cardio first ST second... anyway - how many minutes? Lame, I know, but I'm thinking 150/week is more than I'm getting right now. Geesh, I can't believe I shrank back to this point! At least I've only gained a few lbs and not the whole enchilada!
Thanks for understanding. We can do this - If nothing else, New Years Resolution, here I come. In the mean time I will be working on my mental state and LOL 150 minutes :) Thanks Annie :)

Still, kudos on a solid loss.
It's tough with water weight. I know I get frustrated when it's that time of the month. However you have got this!!!
After a couple weeks I am sure you will see the weight going down. More importantly, your body fat percentage should decrease. Keep up the good work!
