Lost: +1.6

Damn the sodium! My weekend of a high-sodium diet killed my weigh-in this week which was expected. Will be back for a much better weigh-in next week... I promise! BTW, the PT comes back next week so really gotta focus on pushing my 'athlete' self past my normal limits! It's really time to bring it!

Don't fret that sodium, that water weight will drop pretty quick with some good quality sweatin and high water intake.
