So I took a look at your post and decided to pump out that 13 mile run I missed this weekend. =)
You are such an inspiration! Thank you so much for the shin splints advice, I'm going to PT in an hour, made an appt!!
The run was not easy, it actually turned into a 12 mile run...well 6 mile run than the remaining 6 miles was run 1 mile walk 2 minutes. It was tough but I knew I could finish it! Hitting a wall isn't fun, but finishing strong feels amazing. I'm icing now, hopefully I'll be ok for the race in June.
