Didn't do anything super exciting but just being back on track with food and exercise has made a huge difference in my mood! Ever notice if that happens to you too?
Friday I had the best workout ever!
Saturday Anthony, Poki and I went hiking!
Sunday was another fabulous full-body weight lifting workout at the gym. I was scheduled to do P90X Back and Biceps at home but since I last lifted on Friday, I thought "why not" and worked all those muscles again. My biceps and shoulders are shredded right now and I love it!!!
It burns so GGGOOOOOODDDD!!!!
And while at the gym I got reacquainted with a former love! I hope to see more of them real soon!

SOunds like a great weekend Annie!! I just did the P90x thing, but it's been way to cold here in Missouri to go running or hiking! I can't wait for it to start warming up - then I'll have to hiking pics to share with you! :) Youre lucky it's always warm in your neck of the woods! I'm a big jealous! :)
Love the pictures!! The scenary is beautiful!Glad you had a great weekend!
I just love hiking...I just wish there were opportunities much closer to my home. That is one of the exciting prospects this summer of being in Canyonlands National Park. Gotta feed my soul!
You are rocking it, girl!

Getting Better and Better
Look at you! You're on top of the world (metaphorically speaking)...
Woohooo! What a weekend! Oh and yeah, being back on track DOES make a huge different in my mood too (I'm currently on cloud 9). The hike looks AWESOME, and I'm totally jealous. I can't wait for warm weather here to take a kick-butt hike like that!!!! :)
Great pics on top of the mountain! The scenery is just amazing ... great job on a solid weekend!
The hike sounded beautiful but the pictures really captured how amazing it must have been! Way to go!
Yep, exercise is a TOTAL mood booster. But so would be enjoying the view on top of a mountain in HI right now! Yay, thanks for the pictures, *almost* as good.
ryc: I dunno, maybe I will make a weekly blog installment titled "Foodie Friday" or something, lol.
I love a good muddy hike!
Thank you so much for the photo's! They are fantastic!
I got 225 min, so you won, but not by as much as I was expecting! How about another go this weekend, give me a chance to redeem myself :) I really really really loved the challenge and loved that it kept me thinking about doing good things for my body, instead of not really thinking about it at all. It got my head in the game, so to speak. Now I have been way more conscious of it daily since then. Lovin it!
wow! What a fabulous hike! I am sooo jealous!
Wow love the pics! Come check out my new blog at http://payingitforwardrandomactsofkindness.blogspot.com/ keep up the good work girl!
