Today's weight: 136.6
Lost: -0.6
TOTAL Lost: -39.8
Another solid loss from eating right and exercising. Who would have thought, huh?!
I just don't understand why I can't be consistent like this all the time when I KNOW it works. It's so simple but so hard to do!

Hey Lianne,
Looks like you have a really good plan for the month. One of these days we need to have another 3000 calorie challenge. :) I think your plan of consistency is wonderful and that is what it takes. Up until the last two weeks I was consistent but only consistent with what I had always been doing. Which is why I never lost the last 10 pounds. So now that I am tracking my consistency to have a 500-1000 calorie deficit every day - I am finally seeing results. It is amazing how it works if we just stick to it. That's the hard part for me too.

Congrats on your loss & already reaching one of your Januarly goals!
Consistancy is tough.
Sometimes I think I would do better if I just ate the same things every week instead of demanding variety in my foods.
Ahh well. ;)
Hope you have a great week!
Lynn
Doing great! I'll trade up consistency for a heart felt desire to do the work. I'd much rather know that I want to workout instead of hating to working, but doing it consistently.
Sounds like to me you are doing what you want and it also happens to be a ton of exercising!
I'm envious!
Kyle

Thumbs Up. Nicely Done. *nod*
Woohoo!! Good job on the loss :)
It's hard to stay focused, but in time it will be a routine :)
You're rockin' this, Girl!
Yippie skippie girl! Congrat's on it! I know the feelings...and honestly, it's just a tough job. We know it works, but it's HARD! You're doing great, don't forget that!
Lianne,
Congratulations on your weight loss and work outs, that is **FANTASTIC**!
I wish you the best of luck! =)

Congrats on another loss! I'm always amazed by how "easy" losing weight is, but actually following through is a whole other story. :) You're doing an awesome job, though!
BTW, thank you for the info on the bodybugg. I think I'm going to work on consistently tracking my eating first before I worry about getting one, since I'm still working on making that a habit.
For me, it's knowing I did SUCH A GOOD JOB one day and I know I have a deficit but then... I have to do it ALL OVER AGAIN THE NEXT DAY! that's the annoying part. :P

Yay yay yay! Goo job, you! You're kicking some serious weight loss tail & look amazing!
I love seeing the pics from your hikes. I'm jealous -- the view is gorgeous!
I have no idea why it isn't always consistent, but the .6 is awesome! A new lower number is awesome :) Great job!
Yay Annie!! You go girl! You just keep that weight coming off! Me on the otherhand, i've gained weight due to not working out this entire past week!! I've gotten very lazy - and I can't do it ANYMORE!
