(The list of "31 Days of Reasons" is not in any particular order)
When I set out to make this list of reasons why I'm on this healthy journey, I didn't want them to be based on looks, however building a better body - functional and physical - is one of my goals.
On a weekly basis, I work out 6 days a week mixing heavy lifting, plyometrics, and interval training. I cross-train, circuit-train and change up my routing about every 3 months to keep things interesting for my body.
I can do over 20 standard push-ups (from my toes).
I can run a mile under 9 minutes.
I can leg press over 220 lbs.
I can box jump with the best of them.
I push my body H.A.R.D. yet you would never know it by looking at me.
Achieving a "nice body" - whatever that means to you - involves consistent workouts and the right nutrition. If you're familiar with my blog at all, you know I struggle with the nutrition part of the equation the most. For me, exercise paired with the right nutrition and having a body I deserve is a catch 22... I can't have one without the other.
I'm on this healthy journey to look like all the hard work I put my body through.

I know the feeling! Working out, eating right, but not looking like you do. I can out run, out lift, out lots of things many skinny girls out there, but no, my body tells everyone that I must be chubby and lazy. Keep up the good work!
